Special Session Proposal
The conference will include Special Sessions on highly specialized topics reporting technical trends and break-throughs within the scope of the conference.
Special Sessions are organized at the initiative of one or more individuals, who must adhere to specific procedures which can be found in the following documents. Papers Submission rules for Special Sessions are the same as for Regular Papers.
How to organize the proposals and the manuscripts
Invited and potential organizers have to do:
- Fill the attached form “Special Sessions”, indicating the title of the special session, the names of both the Chair and Co-chair;
- Prepare the list of potential authors to be contacted by the organizers in order to submit manuscripts;
- Prepare the list of potential reviewers (at least 3 reviewers per paper) to be invited for the review process;
- Send the proposal and the two lists as soon as possible to AEIT2024 Secretariat (email: convegnoannuale@aeit.it)
