Special Session Proposal
The conference will include Special Sessions on highly specialized topics reporting technical trends and break-throughs within the scope of the conference.
Special Sessions are organized at the initiative of one or more individuals, who must adhere to specific procedures which can be found in the following documents. Papers Submission rules for Special Sessions are the same as for Regular Papers.
How to organize the proposals and the manuscripts
Fill the attached form “Proposal of Special Sessions”, indicating:
- the title of the special session;
- the names, a very short bio and contact details of the Session Organizer(s);
- outline of the Session;
- topics of the Session;
- a list of potential Contributing Authors;
- a list of potential Reviewers;
Send the form proposal as soon as possible to AEIT2025 Secretariat (email: convegnoannuale@aeit.it)
