SUBMISSION OF FINAL PAPERS
Authors of accepted papers are required to submit the final version of their manuscript via EDAS by 31 July 2025. This is a firm deadline. Any paper submitted after this date will not be included in the proceedings and IEEEXplore.
Before submitting your final paper (6 pages max in A4 format), you are required to use IEEE PDF eXpress tool (see instructions below). Before creating your pdf, add the copyright notice to the bottom of the first page of your source document.

Contacting PDF eXpress Support: Access the Publications Support Center for IEEE PDF eXpress. If you do not find an answer in the Find Answers tab, go to the Ask A Question tab. Your question will be forwarded to IEEE PDF Support and answered within 3 business days.
ALL FINAL PAPERS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY THE COPYRIGHT FORM AGREEMENT. THE SYSTEM WILL NOT ALLOW THE FINAL MANUSCRIPT UPLOADING BEFORE THE COPYRIGHT SUBMISSION.

ALL PAPERS MUST BE PRESENTED (remotely o in presence) by one of the authors who has to proceed with a FULL REGISTRATION TO THE CONFERENCE. AUTHORS PRESENTING MULTIPLE CONTRIBUTIONS HAVE TO PAY AN EXTRA FEE FOR ANY ADDITIONAL PAPER.
