Preliminary Paper Submission
The working language of Regular Sessions is English.
Authors who intend to submit a paper must first register the title of the contribution and the name of authors in EDAS.
Please submit the full paper (six pages) as PDF following the IEEE layout requirements by using the templates given below via EDAS https://2025aeit.edas.info/ :

The full paper should contain a complete description of the proposed technical contribution and some results, suitably framed in the related state of the art. Each paper will be reviewed in terms of relevance concerning the scope of the event, originality and quality of the technical content, overall organization and writing style.
Conference content will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore and other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases.
Important notice
Selected papers from this Conference may be eligible for review by IEEE-Industry Applications Society for possible publication in IEEE Transactions on Industry Applications or IEEE Industry Applications Magazine. The Conference Organizers will make the selection and submit a list of papers to IEEE-IAS, and will notify authors of their selection after the close of the Conference. Questions on this selection should be addressed to the Conference Organizers. IEEE-IAS will then contact the authors of papers selected for consideration with information on how they may be submitted for review.
