Presentation Guidelines
Time at disposal for Oral Papers presentation will be 15 minutes including queries by the audience (12 minutes for presentation + 3 minutes for questions). Authors are required to upload their presentations directly at the Conference using a USB memory. Please refer to your contribution number as in the programme (ex. A1_01) when uploading your presentation. Authors are invited to upload their presentations before their Session starts, taking advantage of Programme breaks. A technician will be at your disposal 15 minutes before each Session begins. English Language will be the official language for the conference. There is not a mandatory template. The presentation can be prepared in 16:9 format.
