Final Papers
SUBMISSION OF FINAL PAPERS
Authors of accepted papers are required to submit the final version of their manuscript via EDAS by 31 July 2026. This is a firm deadline. Any paper submitted after this date will not be included in the proceedings and IEEEXplore.
Before submitting your final paper (6 pages max in A4 format), you are required to use the IEEE PDF Express Tool (see instructions below). Before creating your PDF, add the copyright notice to the bottom of the first page of your source document.

Instructions for Authors
Before Creating a PDF
- Add the copyright notice to the bottom of the first page of your source document.
- Proofread your source document thoroughly before creating the PDF. No revisions should be needed after this point.
Creating Your PDF Express Account
Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress™ site
- Create an account.
- Enter the following:
- 72316X for the Conference ID
- your email address
- a password
- Continue to enter information as prompted. An online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent.
Previous users of PDF eXpress should follow the same procedure using the password employed for previous conferences. Please verify that your contact information is up to date.

ALL FINAL PAPERS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY THE COPYRIGHT FORM AGREEMENT. THE SYSTEM WILL NOT ALLOW THE FINAL MANUSCRIPT UPLOADING BEFORE THE COPYRIGHT SUBMISSION.

ALL PAPERS MUST BE PRESENTED (remotely or in presence) by one of the authors who has to proceed with a FULL REGISTRATION TO THE CONFERENCE. AUTHORS PRESENTING MULTIPLE CONTRIBUTIONS HAVE TO PAY AN EXTRA FEE FOR ANY ADDITIONAL PAPER.

Important notice
Selected papers from this Conference may be eligible for review by IEEE Industry Applications Society for possible publication in IEEE Transactions on Industry Applications or IEEE Industry Applications Magazine. The Conference Organizers will make the selection and submit a list of papers to IEEE-IAS, and will notify authors of their selection after the close of the Conference. Questions on this selection should be addressed to the Conference Organizers. IEEE-IAS will then contact the authors of papers selected for consideration with information on how they may be submitted for review.
