Presentation Guidelines

Time at disposal for Oral Papers presentation will be 10 minutes plus 2 minutes for queries by the audience. Authors are required to upload their presentations directly at the Conference using a USB memory. A technician will be at your disposal at the conference secretariat (Slide Center) - please upload your presentation at least 15 minutes before your Session begins.
Please refer to your contribution number as in the programme (ex. TS01_01) when saving your presentation.

English Language will be the official language for the conference.

There is not a mandatory template. The presentation can be prepared in 16:9 format (1080p).

Please note that, as the conference will be in hybrid mode and zoom will be used for remote connection, authors will not be allowed to use the Presenter View mode when presenting.

For Authors presenting online

you will receive all instructions for the connection in due time.

Please inform the secretariat asap if you intend to participate by remote connection.

Please inform the secretariat and send your presentation if you intend to include a video in your presentation (in this case, you have to anticipate your presentation via mail to the secretariat).
